For the next 6 months the SCVS e-learning Project takes the form of the Adult Community Learning(ACL)/ British Educational Communications Technology Agency (BECTA) funded Weblogs pilot, a project to evaluate the use(s) of weblogs in learning, e-learning and, in our case, community development. SCVS's pilot will involve its Community Development Trainees in monitored and moderated 'blogging', during which they will gather evidence for their NVQs and contribute to a final report.
Just found this information on the legal issues related to blogging and thought they might be worthwhile reading. Unfortunatly they are geared towards America but the general information is still informative
